Marzyeh Ghassemi

Assistant Professor  has been named a  in the program’s 2020–2022 cohort. 

The CIFAR Azrieli Global Scholars program supports outstanding early-career researchers through mentorship, a global network, professional skills development, and $100,000 in unrestricted research support for two years. 

Ghassemi, whose research focuses on applying machine learning to understand and improve health, will join CIFAR’s  research program for 24 months.
